Hatha Yoga 哈達瑜伽

A traditional practice focused on connecting the body and mind with the purpose of increasing awareness and stability, preparing the body for deeper spiritual practices such as meditation. Some pranayama, chanting and meditation may be included.

傳統的式子練習專注於身心連結,提升覺知以及穩定性,預備身心到靈性的修練如冥想。課堂可能包含一些呼吸練習、梵唱,以及冥想。

Detox Yoga 排毒瑜伽

Focusing on postures and breathing exercises with the purpose of aiding the detoxification of the body. Students will experience sequences of poses including twists, bends, core work and stretches that massage the digestive organs. 
 
透過式子和呼吸練習刺激消化系統,針對性地為身體排毒、淨化。​動作編排包含扭轉、前彎、後彎、側彎、核心肌肉訓練和伸展,以深層按摩消化器官,促進血液循環。

Wheel Yoga 瑜伽輪

Designed to open up areas that are typically tight due to modern-day living – the yoga wheel expands the chest and shoulders, stretches the hip flexors and rejuvenates the spine. A yoga wheel can also be used for core training and other strengthening purpose. Some pranayama, chanting and meditation may be included.

This class is not suitable for students with spine injuries.

特別為放鬆現代生活習慣所造成的緊張肌肉而設計,瑜伽輪助擴張胸部和肩部、伸展髖部屈肌,並恢復脊椎的活力。瑜伽輪可同時可應用於訓練核心肌群及其他強化肌肉。課堂可能包含一些呼吸練習、梵唱,以及冥想。此課堂不適合脊椎有傷患的學員參加。

Yin Yoga
with Singing Bowls​
西藏頌缽陰瑜伽

Combining sound therapy derived from Tibetan Singing Bowls with passive deep stretching (yin) , class will end with a long shavasana (15-20 mins) with singing bowl sound bath to produce a resonance for the body and mind.
 
Singing bowls are specifically crafted to produce a resonance that is not only heard, but also felt. Suitable for anyone seeking to alleviate the strains of a busy and stressful lifestyle.

結合西藏頌缽音療及深層伸展(陰瑜伽),課堂將以長長的大休息配合頌缽聲浴作完結 (15-20分鐘),讓身心得到共鳴,回到平靜。頌缽製造的共鳴不只能被肉耳聽見,也能讓身心有所感受。適合生活繁忙、工作壓力大,或是需要紓壓的同學。

Yoga Stretch 瑜伽伸展

This class focuses on opening the body and soothing the mind through gentle poses and the use of props. Students will experience more seated and supine postures and some longer asana holds. Some pranayama, chanting and meditation may be included.

課堂以輕鬆溫和的動作和瑜伽工具的協助下讓身心得以放鬆。以坐姿和躺臥動作較多,某些體位法的停留時間比較長。課堂可能包含呼吸練習、梵唱,以及冥想。

Yin Yang 陰陽瑜伽

The class combines with strengthening practice (yang) and soft stretching (yin). Students will experience both, an invigorating practice combined with long held deep stretches to cultivate a focused and meditative mind. By experiencing the contrast, students will be able to understand their body, balancing the body and mind.

課堂結合了(陽) 鍛鍊力量和 (陰) 放鬆伸展這兩種元素,既能提升心肺功能及新陳代謝,也能釋放內外的繃緊,培養平靜專注。透過這課堂,同學能感受到陰與陽的兩種對比,藉著練習了解身體,讓身心得到平衡。

Core Strength 核心鍛練

The class focuses on yoga postures for body strength to improve the internal support and stability of the body. Inversion practice may be included in the class. 

從瑜伽式子中鍛鍊身體力量,較著重核心肌肉群的鍛鍊,令同學感受到不同式子中應如何使用身體。

核心肌肉群是穩定身體的關鍵,健康的核心可以改善姿勢,消除慣性的肢體耗損。

恒常練習核心的同學會在日常瑜伽式子中感覺更輕盈自在。此課堂或包含倒立練習。

Yoga Therapy 療癒瑜

A healing practice focused on rehabilitating the body. Special attention to alignment and detailed instructions are combined with specific asanas with the purpose of bringing the body back to health. Suitable for anyone seeking to heal their bodies or returning to practice after an injury.

這堂療癒的課堂有助於身體的修復。溫和的練習方式特別強調身體順位和動作細節,讓身體恢復健康活力。適合需要溫和運動量,或受傷後想要回歸練習的同學。

Breathe & Sit 調息靜心

Pranayama (breathing) and meditation practice is essential when it comes to Yoga. Through controlled breathing we are able to unwind and connect with our inner self. Meditation will leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Give yourself this gift of self-care and join our community to experience the power of our breath.

調息 (呼吸) 和冥想練習在瑜伽練習中可謂至關重要。透過呼吸法及靜心打坐,有助我們放鬆並與內在自我連結,恢復活力及平和。呼吸本來就是上天賦予我們的一份的禮物,來加入我們的群體,一同體驗呼吸的力量。

Me Time 自修時間

We encourage you to establish a self practice routine. In this session, students are welcome to use the studio within 120 minutes. Teacher will be here to facilitate. You are welcome to come later or leave early. Tow classes will be deducted.  

我們鼓勵你建立自我練習的習慣,這課堂不包含群體練習,學員在2小時內可自由進出課堂,老師在場協助及解答問題。此課堂需扣兩張套票。

Yoga Nidra 瑜伽睡眠

Yoga Nidra also known as yogic sleep, it is a state of conscious deep sleep that brings about relaxation, clarity and tranquillity. Students are guided through specific instructions to focus on different body parts and to relax them, while in a state of conscious sleep. Research has shown that yoga nidra can reduce stress, anxiety and insomnia. This class is suitable for students seeking to relax and reset the body and mind without doing any physical posture.

​瑜珈睡眠是一種有意識的深度睡眠狀態,學生將按照老師說明,在「有意識睡眠」的狀態下專注於不同身體部位並放鬆它們。有研究發現瑜珈睡眠可減輕壓力、焦慮和失眠徵狀。本課堂適合尋求在不做任何肢體練習的情況下放鬆和重置身心的學生。

Prenatal Yoga 孕婦瑜

This class is designed to meet the needs of pregnant women and allow them to connect with their babies and their bodies. Specific postures will be included to stretch and strengthen specific muscle groups, nourishing the bodies as a whole. Some pranayama, chanting and meditation may be included. Permission from a physician is recommended for this class.

課堂專為孕婦而設,準媽媽可在練習中和身體連結,也能和肚裡的小寶貝親密溝通,開始建立親子關係。內容會以舒緩孕期身體不適及訓練特定肌群為主,有助生產,並達到滋潤母子身心的效果。課堂可能包含呼吸練習、梵唱,以及冥想。​建議上課前先詢問醫生意見。此非恒常課堂,請聯絡我們查詢。
