Despite the majority of humans don’t really care, there have been groups of pioneers experimenting, documenting, preaching and studying on how the breath affects us physically and mentally, from spiritual traditions dating back over 3,000 years. 1. ancient science vs modern science of breathing
2. how does the breath affect our health
3. difference between breathing in yoga class vs in general
4. what is “good breathing”?
5. is mouthbreathing wrong?
6. find out your breathing pattern
7. explore different breathing techniques (yogic & scientific)
▶️ You will walk away with:
1. a toolkit that is essential for most life situations
2. better knowledge on this thing that determines your wellbeing
3. hopefully doing better in yoga, and in the office too 🤓
